4. Keep changing. Your body is smart. It adapts quickly to change. This is why you’ve got to constantly be switching up
your workout routine. Keeping your body guessing as to what will come next is how you force it to continually grow. So once you’ve hit a plateau,
remember this bodybuilding tip. Change up your routine. This can be done by changing your frequency of workouts. Changing the intensity (reps,
