If you’re like most people, you want to know if Tom Venuto’s Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle eBook is a total scam.
My take on it is this:
I’ve read the program cover to cover. And the bottom line is that Tom knows his stuff.
I should know. I’ve read countless books on dieting and weight loss since I was a teenager in high school. And Tom’s is probably one of the
best ones I’ve come across.
Yes, this program will help you lose weight if you follow it. It can also give you a chiseled six pack and a lean body. But even more
important, is this program is a goldmine for fitness know-how.
That’s where Burn the Fat Feed The Muscle really shines. It’s like an A-Z encyclopedia on getting in shape. He explains everything from how
much cardio is necessary to what kinds of carbs you should be eating, to how much weight you should be lifting.
There’s no question that Tom Venuto follows his own advice. His been a professional bodybuilder and personal trainer for years now.

And he’s helped literally hundreds of people transform their bodies and their lives.
My favorite part of this program is that Tom places a BIG emphasis on the mental aspect of losing weight. If you can get this part right, then
making the fat come off is pretty simple.
In fact, mental training probably accounts for like 80% of your success. And Tom knows that, which is why he spends a whole chapter on it.
As far as nutrition, he gives you some good guidelines to follow. And also gives you a sample workout routine to do whether you’re a beginner,
intermediate or advanced weight lifter.
One thing though is that I wish he would have included a few more sample routines, to have some variation.
But other than that, this program has everything you’ll need to get started and lose some fat. And if you’re a complete beginner to the whole
weight loss/fitness world, then I highly recommend you get this program first before buying anything else. The education you’ll get is
priceless.
If you’re experienced, I’d still recommend this program as it dispels a lot of the myths out there, and is a great way to plug any holes in
knowledge you might have.
There’s a couple good bonuses that come with the program. One of them is how to measure your body fat. This is critically important as it will
show you your true progress. Just weighing yourself can be deceiving because if you one pound of muscle and also lose one pound of fat, then the
scale won’t show the progress… but measuring your total body fat percentage will.
The other bonuses basically are nutrition guides that further clarify what it is you should be eating and what you should avoid if you’re
serious about getting in shape.
My verdict: This is a great overall program that will give you an excellent foundation of fitness knowledge. Everyone should have a copy. Once
you’ve mastered the info, only THEN should you move on and try a different program, so you can introduce variation to prevent your body from
adapting.
