For starters, there’s the school of thought that says to build muscle fast is to train every single day and make sure each workout lasts a few
hours (in order to totally exhaust the muscle).
That’s totally the wrong way of going about it.

The reason being is that the drugs allow their bodies to recuperate at an amazingly fast rate.

Well, there are actually three things you absolutely must do.
