The eating portion of the Fat Burning Furnace system is as detailed as I’d like it to be, but the information you get is solid. Rob also
points you to a few internet resources that are free to get recipes based on the sample meal plan he gives you.
You really can’t go wrong with it, though so long as you follow the guidelines he gives. This is definitely more of a
“do-it-and-learn-on-your-own” approach. But if you’re not afraid to learn, then it’s not a problem at all. In fact it’s a good thing, because
you’ll be better off for knowing this information.
