Turbulence Training is Craig Ballantyne’s fitness program that promises to help you lose fat and gain muscle. And like almost all weight loss
programs out there, most people want to know if it’s some kind of scam.
Well, here’s the scoop…
This program is pretty solid. Like most weight loss programs out there, the guide includes pre-made workouts for you to follow and nutritional
guidelines (remember you can never out train a bad diet!).
He does a good job of explaining the fundamentals and why his high intensity system is so effective. In a nutshell, this program is going to
make you WORK. But the good news is, you won’t spend countless hours doing it. All you need is about 30 minutes per workout.
And, each workout program is designed to last only 4 weeks to prevent your body from adapting (this is something most programs out there DON’T
take into consideration… yet it’s so important to getting results).

The author of Turbulence Training, Craig Ballantyne, is based out of Canada. He’s certainly got the credentials being a Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). What’s more he contributes regularly to some big time publications like Men’s Fitness magazine, Men’s Health, and
Muscle & Fitness Hers.
Bottom line: this guy knows his stuff. What’s more, he doesn’t buy into the mainstream exercise or diet fads. His program is full of real info
that gives real results if you follow it.
Pretty much anyone can follow this program. It works just as well for women as it does for men. In fact, some of Craig’s most impressive
“before and after” success stories are women.
You just need to be able to commit to doing the program for four weeks. You don’t have to go to a gym to do this program either, if you don’t
want to. You just need a bench, a stability ball and a set of dumbbells.
As far as bonuses go, Craig goes All-Out. There’s like seven different bonuses. I won’t go through all of them here, but basically they’re
different workouts you can do to achieve different goals. Like one for busy dads, one to build even more muscle, one to accelerate your fat loss,
and even a full blown 12-week transformation guide.
Overall, Turbulence Training is a great program if you’re looking to burn off that fat with the least investment of time possible – just 30
minutes three times a week.
It’s scientifically proven and has its foundation based on the latest and cutting-edge research on burning fat and building muscle.
What’s more, this program has worked for dozens upon dozens of people, which you can see on his site. And what truly separates it from the
rest is this: since it’s based on science, Craig has designed this program to let you burn fat … and at the same time retain and even build
